NAVIMATE · Agentic testing

Turn requirements into continuously executable tests.

Agentic testing integrated with your delivery pipeline. NAVIMATE translates defined testing intent into executable API and UI tests, validates them, runs them through the delivery pipeline, and reports results back to the engineering team.

The problem
Test coverage is hand-written, brittle, and trails the product it checks. As the application changes, suites fall behind, and testing becomes the constraint on how often you can release. The gap between "it builds" and "it's verified" is where releases break.
01

Intent, not scripts

Tests defined as testing intent, not hand-coded specs that drift.

02

Generated and validated

Specs generated and type-checked until they compile and conform.

03

API and UI together

Both layers generated from one source of truth, not two codebases.

04

Runs in your pipeline

Executes on every change and reports on every run.

How it works

From testing intent to reported results, in your pipeline.

NAVIMATE does not replace your test framework — it operates it. Each step runs inside your repos and delivery pipeline, under your controls, with the engineering team owning what counts as done.

STEP 01

Testing intent and requirements

Defined testing intent — endpoints, states, fixtures, and user journeys — is captured as the single source of truth for coverage, expressed as requirements rather than hand-coded scripts.

STEP 02

Test specification

The agent translates that intent into a structured test specification, resolving each requirement into the cases, data, and assertions needed to verify it.

STEP 03

API and UI test generation

Playwright

From that one specification, NAVIMATE generates executable API and UI tests — both layers from a single source, kept consistent with each other.

STEP 04

Validation

Type-check · retry loop

Generated tests run through a type-check-and-retry loop until they compile and conform, so what reaches the pipeline is deterministic rather than unverified output.

STEP 05

Pipeline execution

Validated tests execute in your delivery pipeline on every change, headless, under a scoped CI identity — regression runs with the build rather than waiting on a person.

STEP 06

Results and reporting

Results are returned to the engineering team as unified Allure, HTML, and JSON reports on every run, with the team reviewing and signing off what ships.

In practice

How NAVIMATE works in a real workflow.

CHALLENGE

Coverage trails the product

Hand-written suites fall behind each release, so regression depends on manual effort and testing becomes the constraint on delivery speed.

HOW THE AGENT WORKS

Intent to validated tests

NAVIMATE translates defined testing intent into a test specification, generates API and UI tests from it, validates them through a type-check-and-retry loop, and runs them in the pipeline on every change.

CONTROLS

Scoped, deterministic, reviewed

Tests run under a scoped CI identity on least-privilege access. Generated code is validated before it executes, and the engineering team reviews and signs off what counts as release-ready. Source and test data stay inside your environment.

RESULT

Runs in production at Navitas

NAVIMATE generates and runs regression coverage for Navitas's own platforms inside their delivery pipeline — translating testing intent into executable API and UI tests, running them on every pipeline run, and reporting results back for the engineering team to act on.

Integrations

Fitted to the delivery stack you already run.

NAVIMATE is configured per codebase and organised by where it connects — source control, pipeline execution, test frameworks, reporting, and the AI services behind generation. Validated integrations only.

Trust & governance

Governed by design, inside your pipeline.

An agent that generates and runs tests needs controlled access, validated output, and clear approval points. NAVIMATE operates within defined controls: it is deterministic, traceable, and the engineering team owns what counts as release-ready.

01

Human oversight

NAVIMATE generates and runs coverage; the engineering team reviews and signs off what ships. It accelerates testing — it does not decide the release.

02

Deterministic and validated

Every test is type-checked and retried until it conforms, so what runs in the pipeline is verified rather than unchecked output.

03

Identity & permissions

Tests run under a scoped CI identity on least-privilege access appropriate to the pipeline — not an anonymous runner.

04

Security & governance

NAVIMATE runs inside your pipeline under your controls. Source and test data stay within your environment.

How we engage

Built around your environment.

We configure and deploy the agent around your systems, workflows, security controls, and operating model. We scope your product surface, build NAVIMATE into your pipeline, and operate it inside your environment.

STEP 01

Scope

We map your product surface, repos and delivery pipeline, and the coverage that matters most.

STEP 02

Build

We stand the agent up in your pipeline and configure it to your stack, conventions, and controls.

STEP 03

Deploy

It goes live generating and running coverage within your pipeline, under your governance controls.

Commercials

Pricing is set per engagement — against the build and the coverage it maintains. The engineers who build it are the engineers who operate it inside your environment.

Built in Navitas AI Labs

We built this to test our own software first.

NAVIMATE began as the agent that keeps Navitas's own platforms regression-tested inside our delivery pipeline. It proved out in production, so we deploy it for other enterprises, configured to each codebase. That is what Navitas AI Labs does: we build agents that do real work on our own systems, then implement them inside yours.

We don't hand over a test tool and leave. We build the agent into your pipeline and stay accountable for the work it does.

Start with one test suite that slows you down.

Pick a product surface where coverage is hard to maintain. We'll stand NAVIMATE up in your pipeline — testing intent in, validated tests out — and agree the path from there.
